Hello and welcome to Reflections Therapy Group (RTG) page, I’m Angela Naujoks, a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) with advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as several other types of therapy. I specialize in combining DBT, CBT, Multimodal, trauma-informed care, and dual diagnosed care type therapies to meet you where you are currently at and then build on the tools you have.

When setting up an appointment, note that we will come to your business at a time that works best for you.
Our appointments start around 10am and can be as late as 10pm (within reason). We are not shy about working weekends so please don’t hesitate to ask.
RTG also work with other companies and maybe able to assist in connections such as massage therapy, places or spaces to rent out, catering, small construction projects.

I also specialize in serving those individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors that may interfere with their development, employment or more importantly their quality of life. I conduct FBAs (Functional Behavioral Assessments) for individuals with Developmental Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Autism spectrum or Sensory driven individuals. This assessment is a comprehensive review of situational variables including environmental conditions or circumstances, academic and social demands or development, individual caretaker/group home staff/ (DSPs)/day or vocational center management practices along with physical health or trauma considerations. I train staff to think differently when engaging with unique individuals so everyone can thrive!
